Where is…
The Gym?
The gym is located in the Harper Student Center/Wellness Center on Courtney Drive. Your tuition provides you access to the gym, which includes cardio room, free weight area, group exercise rooms, pool, tennis courts, walking track, and racquetball/squash courts. Parking is limited during the weekday working hours to 1-hour spots that are hard to come by. After 5pm, and on the weekends, parking is available in the garage under the Wellness Center, but still limited. For more information about the gym, please visit http://www.musc.edu/hsc.
The Bookstore?
The bookstore is located on the ground floor of the Ashley-Rutledge Patient Parking Garage with access from Ashley Avenue. You can purchase required books, reference books, diagnostic equipment, school supplies, and clothing at the bookstore. For more information, please visit:

The Student Health Center?
The student health center is located at 30 Bee Street. Make sure that you complete all required health forms prior to the start of your semester to avoid doing this during the first week of school. There are extensive immunization requirements, so make sure you get started on this as soon as you receive the package in the mail! Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is also located in the same building as the student health center.
The Financial Aid Office?
The financial aid office is located in the Harper Student Center on Courtney Drive.
Parking Management?
Parking Management is located in the President Street Parking Garage (labeled as E Lot on the campus map). When you pull into the garage from President Street, just press the Call button and let them know you are going to parking management, and they will let you in the garage. Park on the left on the first floor, and follow signs to Parking Management on the second floor.
Public Safety?
Public Safety is located at the corner of Doughty and President Streets. If you lose your MUSC ID, you can get a replacement here. Public Safety also offers escorts to places on and near campus. In the fall, as the days get darker earlier, remember to protect yourself and do not walk around campus alone. You can call public safety at 843-792-4196 for an escort. Just tell them your name, where you are, and where you need to go. In warmer weather, they will likely walk with you between locations, but when the weather is colder, you may get a ride. Please use this resource and stay safe!
